Project Manager
Effective project management is essential for successfully building relationships with clients. It provides clear direction, guidance, and regular updates while tracking deliverables throughout the process. Acting as a vital conduit between the Account Executive and the Production team, it ensures seamless and collaboration, leading to the successful execution of every event.
Live Event Show Caller
Live Event Show Caller is essentially the conductor of the event. In charge of making sure everything from lighting to sound, visuals, and stage directions happens exactly when it should.
Central point of communication between various departments and crew members during the event., headset on, ensuring everything follows the script and cues are hit on cue.
Technical Director
TD works closely with the Show Caller and the production team, making sure the vision becomes a reality, handling any technical hitches, and making the big decisions tech-wise. Ensures the technical infrastructure is spot on for the event's needs, enhancing the audience's experience with tech.
All travel expenses reimbursed (T&E); client provided hotel when possible.
